Position Overview
As a Technical Onboarding Specialist for Customer Technical Success in the Design & Manufacturing (D&M) industry at Autodesk, you will serve as a deployment coordinator, demonstrating both technical and program governance capabilities. Your role involves designing, building, and maintaining strategic FastTrack Onboarding services, providing technical deployment guidance and best practices to help customers adopt Autodesk Design & Manufacturing Solutions. You will support discovery and delivery of onboarding sessions, establishing relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams, leveraging Autodesk Technology to help customers overcome barriers and accelerate their business outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Demonstrate expertise in Autodesk D&M solutions and provide technical guidance to facilitate customer adoption and success.
* Design, build, and maintain the Fast Track Onboarding service catalog to promote product adoption.
* Support customer discovery and onboarding sessions to reduce deployment time and increase solution usage.
* Create and deliver digital content for end-users via various sessions, ensuring quality and relevance.
* Collaborate with internal teams to drive deployment efforts and ensure seamless onboarding support.
Minimum Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design & Manufacturing, or related fields.
* Deep knowledge of industry workflows and needs.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or Manufacturing Engineering.
* Proficient in Autodesk Inventor, Fusion, and Vault in a production environment.
* Knowledge of Autodesk Platform Solutions is advantageous.
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize.
* Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical details clearly.
* Strong content creation skills for internal and customer-facing audiences.
