Key Responsibilities
* Support the full business planning cycle, including growth investment plans and strategic workforce plans.
* Monitor business performance and outlook, agreeing or driving interventions as needed.
* Oversee service delivery model delivery, including headcount management and recruitment initiatives.
* Contribute to shaping profitable sales strategies and assist in pricing policy development.
* Oversee engagement financials, margin, and working capital performance.
* Lead the development and delivery of consulting's reward strategy.
* Manage indirect costs effectively, ensuring optimal use of discretionary cash spend and influencing indirect spend.
