Bulk Bio Subject Matter Expert
A key role within our SME team, you will act as a technical leader in the Bulk Bio domain.
Key Responsibilities:
* Remain current with the latest developments and innovations in Bulk Bio.
* Maintain awareness of upcoming technology changes and advancements.
* Publish papers and present at industry conferences to share expertise.
* Collaborate with industry bodies such as ISPE, IChemE, and Bio Phorum to stay informed and contribute knowledge.
* Facilitate knowledge exchange across the organization through various forums, COPs, and teams.
* Serve as a subject matter expert for early project phases, ideally from Site Master Planning to Concept and Basic Design.
* Provide technical assistance to project teams as needed.
* Conduct peer reviews of work performed by other companies.
* Participate in SME reviews of client sites as required.
* Nurture relationships with the global network of SMEs and assist in training and mentoring the next generation of experts.
* Engage in technical design reviews and actively support the PM Group's R&D Team (Tech Team) and associated development initiatives.
* Support business development efforts as needed, including client visits, pitches, proposal writing, etc.
