Walfrid Private implement strategic plans with their clients to ensure they achieve financial independence sooner than they ever imagined possible by structuring long term bespoke financial cashflows. We work with clients nationwide, to ensure Wealth Development through multi-channel cashflows that are structured tax efficiently. Role Overview: Were looking for an experienced and detail-focused Paraplanner to join our team at Walfrid Private. This role is central to the way we deliver advice, supporting our Advisors in creating high-quality, personalised solutions for a growing base of high-net-worth clients. Youll be part of a close-knit, professional team and will play as a key role as a link between our clients, senior advisors and our administration team. Responsibilities: Provide support to Financial Advisors with tasks pre and post client meetings, including preparing meeting packs, quotes, valuations, and summarising meeting outcomes. Join client meetings alongside Financial Advisors, offering technical insight, capturing comprehensive notes, and ensuring timely completion of all follow-up actions and documentation. Work with Broker Support team to carry out in-depth research on financial products, evaluate their suitability and prepare detailed comparisons to support tailored client recommendations. Assist in building personalised financial plans and generate supporting documentation and reports based on outcomes from client meetings. Play a key role in the consistent delivery of our goals-based financial planning approach across the advisory team. Ensure all reports and documentation fall in line with internal compliance and industry regulatory standards. Skills and Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role in financial services is required, ideally in life & pensions or mortgage industry. Completed or working toward QFA. Must have APA. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients. Benefits: Shorter working week, half day every Friday. Competitive salary package commensurate with experience.
