The Role
This is a full time, field-based position covering Dublin.
As a Field Sales Representative you will be responsible for building relationships with SME's, identifying potential clients, presenting payment solutions, and managing the sales process from initiation to closing. The role also includes meeting sales targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing ongoing support to accounts to enhance client relationships.
What you'll be doing:
* Prospecting and engaging SME clients across Dublin
* Presenting and selling IOCsave payment solutions
* Managing the sales process from lead generation to close
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
What You'll Bring
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* 2+ years of sales experience a plus (B2B or field sales preferred)
* A customer-first mindset with a proactive, solution-focused approach
* Confidence in building relationships and closing deals
* Basic understanding of payment technology or the ability to learn quickly
* Full driver's licence and willingness to travel within Dublin
