Job Description
Location: CAMILE THAI ASHBOURNE, Unit 15-16, Ashbourne Rtl Pk, Co. Meath, A84 TY44 Camile Thai, Ashbourne.
We require an experienced Chef de Partie with 2+ years experience, knowledge of traditional Asian cuisine and demonstrated ability to carry out all functions of the role.
Responsibilities:
* Preparation and presentation of food to a high standard as instructed by Head Chef.
* Demonstrate an efficient and cost-effective approach to tasks.
* Ensure compliance food safety and hygiene policies and practices at all times.
* Maintain a close working relationship with the Culinary Team and those in other areas as required to provide a smooth and efficient service.
* Assist with menu design.
* Carry out regular stock takes to ensure costs are controlled and that all stocks are accounted for.
* Prioritise and ensure delivery of a high standard of customer care at all times.
