Oracle E-Business Suite Senior Analyst (HR Systems)

Dunnes Stores, Ireland’s leading retailer, is expanding its service and product offerings. We have a vacancy for an Oracle E-Business Suite Senior Analyst, reporting to the Corporate Systems Team Lead within the Business Systems IT Team.
The role involves developing integration and enhancement solutions within the Oracle HRMS suite for on-premise e-BS 12.2. The successful candidate will collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and design, build, and test solutions accordingly.
Responsibilities:
1. Support HR and Payroll business teams independently.
2. Act as Business Systems Analyst to understand requirements and provide solutions.
3. Document configurations, functional, and technical designs.
4. Configure Flex-fields, Employee Templates, and other HRMS components based on business needs.
5. Develop custom solutions using PL-SQL, APEX, Oracle Forms, and Reports.
6. Ensure solutions are well-documented and maintainable.
7. Participate in HR projects like upgrades and migrations.
8. Provide support to HR users via helpdesk systems.
9. Assist team members with project tasks.
10. Coordinate with Oracle technical support.
11. Collaborate with Oracle Applications teams.
12. Be flexible to work outside regular hours if necessary.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. In-depth knowledge of Oracle e-BS HRMS and Payroll modules.
2. Hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS and Payroll.
3. At least 5 years of experience with Oracle HRMS e-BS Applications.
4. Development experience using PL/SQL.
5. Skills in Oracle APEX and BI/XML Publisher are advantageous.
6. Experience with Oracle Cloud solutions is a plus.
7. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
8. Ability to work independently and in teams, with a willingness to learn.
9. Degree or Diploma in Computer Science.
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
11. Experience with Business Process Improvement initiatives.
