This role would suit an ambitious Site Manager seeking to progress their career in a fast-growing organisation. johnston-shopfitters.euMain Duties & ResponsibilitiesAble to step in and operate tools when needed or oversee multiple tasks and team in a supervisory capacityManaging all shopfitting activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelinesCoordinating with the site team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient project executionOrdering/booking in materials for each phase of the projectLiaising with clients and reporting on progress to project managerEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policiesConducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of workPreparing and maintaining site documentation, including progress reports and recordsIdentifying and resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the processMaintaining quality control checksMotivating the workforceRequirements / Person SpecificationQualifications: A technical/construction or honours degree is an advantage but not essentialSafe Pass & Manual Handling requiredExperience, Skills & Knowledge: Previous Site management experience essentialA minimum 3-year joinery/Shop fit experience is requiredMust have a good working knowledge of installationsKnowledge of building, construction and retailStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and leadExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be PC literate - Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project etc.Flexible and can adapt to the challenges of a fast-paced environmentExcellent time management and leadership skillsGood initiative and logical thinking skillsBe eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland and to travel across the Island of Ireland (both Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland) as well as the UK as requiredA full clean driver’s licence which will enable you to fulfil your responsibilitiesAdditional InformationSeniority level: Not ApplicableEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: ManufacturingIndustries: Furniture and Home Furnishings ManufacturingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at IWIN by 2x
