Client:My client is a growing multinational with a requirement for an ambitious accountant to join the team in a highly visible role.Location:Louth (hybrid: 1-2 days per week on-site)This role will suit candidates based in Louth and surrounding areas including North Dublin and Meath.Who this role will suit:This role is suited to Top 10 trained accountants with 1-4 years' PQE, who wish to make an impact on a growing and entrepreneurial business.Key responsibilities:Preparation of monthly management accountsCompletion of balance sheet reconciliationsPosting of accruals and prepaymentsPrepare workings relating to IntercompanyAssist in the annual budgeting processLead and develop junior members of the teamDrive continuous improvement projects and initiatives across the team and involvement in project workKey requirements:Qualified accountant (1-4 years' PQE) with a background in Top 10 practiceA self-starter who is curious and has an appetite for driving change and process improvementsSalary:Competitive remuneration along with a comprehensive benefits package is on offer
