The Photo Centre Operative role is a key position in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in the fast-paced retail environment of the Photo Centre.
Key Responsibilities
* Sell to and assist potential customers, providing top-notch service and maintaining an excellent department display.
* Demonstrate high-quality customer care by assisting customers with photofinishing or photographic questions, displaying extensive product knowledge and ongoing interest.
* Build up strong product knowledge of various film types, cameras, accessories, and their usage.
* Provide technical support as required and handle after-sales issues in a professional manner.
* Adhere to all uniform requirements and safety guidelines.
* Deal with all administration relevant to sale, including handling money and working with numbers.
Requirements
* Leaving Cert or equivalent is required.
* Must have experience working face-to-face with the public in a customer service role.
* Knowledgeable about digital imaging and photography.
* Experienced Communicator / Good listener.
* Strong interpersonal skills, welcoming and charismatic with all customers.
* Confident, Outgoing and People Orientated.
* Have a warm, friendly demeanor and actively take opportunities to be social and interact with customers.
* Strong Numerical & Logical Ability.
