Business Development Executive Job Description
Drive sales growth and develop business relationships in the Irish hotel industry.
* Develop a sales and business development strategy for the team, focusing on driving revenue and expanding market share.

* Analyse market developments to inform future strategy, identifying opportunities and challenges.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated and driven individual with excellent communication and leadership skills. They will have experience working within a fast-paced hotel environment and be familiar with the local market conditions.
In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Management team to manage hotel bookings and availability, maximizing revenue opportunities. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing goals and strategies for the department, as well as ensuring that all sales reports and data generated from the Sales & Marketing team are recorded accurately.
We are seeking someone who can develop strong relationships with key accounts, sell rooms, conferences, food & beverage, and other hotel services, monitoring account production to implement strategies for quarterly and annual sales achievement.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for overseeing public marketing activities of the hotel, including advertising strategy, managing and producing marketing material, developing a social media strategy to support marketing and sales, and creating on-site promotional activities.
