Excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a team based in Dublin.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the day-to-day management of a team of technicians on-site.
Troubleshoot and conduct high-level investigations of utility plant equipment faults and failures – root cause analysis.
Record and investigate deviations on qualified utility plant and equipment.
Ensure root-cause problem solving is applied to all equipment and utility system issues.
Carry out planned preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance as required.
Maintain good knowledge and understanding of CMMS systems.
Develop PMs, Job Plans and SOPs for plant equipment.
Liaise with MRO stores to identify spare part requirements.
Experience with: boilers, chillers, reverse osmosis, softeners, compressed air, chillers, cold storage, HVAC equipment, waste neutralization, power distribution, WFI generation and distribution.
Required Skills
Supervisory experience with utilities.
Experience with Six Sigma/Lean preferred.
Degree qualified Level 7/8 preferably in mechanical/building services.
Past working experience ideally gained in Pharma or FMCG.
