Job Title: Senior IT Specialist
Job Summary
This role involves providing technical support to Manufacturing Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Solving complex problems and implementing solutions
2. Maintaining system software, upgrading applications and ensuring cybersecurity initiatives are supported
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain business systems and processes
4. Supporting end-users in the day-to-day use of departmental systems and implementing solutions to issues that arise.
5. Mentoring others on best practices for application upgrades, system breaks, fix or enhancements.
- Ensuring compliance with policies and standards while leading IT projects
- Investigating/troubleshooting MES and control systems for optimization purposes
- Communicating project updates, reports, escalations as needed while prioritizing deliverables effectively.
