About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in Germany, identifying new business opportunities, and increasing sales revenue.
This involves conducting site visits, making CRM calls, and performing administrative duties around sales and operations.
Additionally, the candidate will work closely with recruitment teams in Ireland and Poland to update them on orders received and respond to clients as appropriate.
Liaising with the site workforce in Germany regarding logistical matters is also an essential aspect of this role.
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual with an outgoing personality and excellent people skills who enjoys working at Sales/Business Development.
* The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Operations and Business Development/Sales, preferably in recruitment and/or the construction sector.
* A high level of English proficiency and basic German language skills are required. Additional languages are advantageous.
