Job Title: Health and Safety Specialist
About the Role:
The organisation is seeking a skilled Health and Safety Specialist to join their team at the Lisburn site. As a champion for a culture of health and safety, you will ensure compliance with current legislation and develop policies and procedures to promote a safe working environment.
Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and monitor company health and safety policies and procedures;
* Conduct risk assessments and ensure staff are aware of and follow health and safety regulations;
* Train and induct new staff on health and safety procedures;
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need at least 3 years of experience working as a Health and Safety Officer in a manufacturing or construction environment. You must possess excellent communication skills and hold a NEBOSH Certificate or Diploma.
