Job Title: Patient Liaison / Receptionist


About Us

Morgan McKinley is a leading provider in the private healthcare sector, seeking a professional and compassionate individual to join our team at the Waterford clinic.


Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and check in patients, verifying personal and medical details.
* Schedule appointments and manage diaries for clinical staff and counsellors.
* Respond to patient queries via phone and in person.
* Process payments, issue invoices, and upload receipts to internal systems.
* Update and manage patient information in the database.
* Scan, file, and prepare medical documents and treatment records.
* Support consultants with correspondence and clinic preparation.
* Liaise with external facilities for appointment scheduling.
* Escort patients to treatment or recovery areas when needed.
* Assist with reporting, event coordination, and clinic statistics.


Key Requirements

* Previous experience in a receptionist, medical admin, or patient-facing role.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and patient database systems (training provided).
* Flexible to work across clinic locations and provide weekend cover on a rota basis.
* Full Driver's Licence essential.
