**Job Title:** Administrator

The Early Learning and Care Programme is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of an Administrator. This position offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development in a community-based setting.



As an administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the programme team. This includes but not limited to answering calls, photocopying, filing documents and performing other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.



To be successful in this role you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also possess basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc). Additionally you must have strong organizational skills with attention to detail.




Required Skills and Qualifications



* A minimum of 5 GCSE's at grade C or above
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
* Familiarity with Garda vetting application process desirable but not essential)
