Reliability Engineering Professional
We are seeking a seasoned reliability engineer to spearhead our efforts in developing and implementing strategic asset reliability plans.
* Lead a team of technical experts to provide optimum equipment reliability through proactive maintenance strategies.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement by building skills capability across the Plant technical/engineering team.
* Drive leadership, coaching towards implementation of Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Extensive experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
* Data collection and analytic skills using Manufacturing intelligence systems.
* Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills to drive team performance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conduct regular equipment inspections and assessments to identify potential areas of improvement.
* Analyse equipment failure data to identify trends and patterns, informing predictive maintenance strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
