Aftersales Leadership Opportunity
The Aftersales Director will be responsible for managing a team of experienced mechanics, apprentices, and service advisors. This role involves liaising with the parts department and valeting team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Manage a busy service department to maximise profitability and revenue.
* Achieve agreed profit and retention levels by reviewing budgets and target objectives.
* Monitor all departmental KPIs, identify shortfalls, and take appropriate action.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Reviewing staff productivity and efficiency.
* Maintaining control over Work In Progress (WIP).
A key focus is delivering exceptional customer satisfaction while meeting manufacturer standards. Effective communication with customers is essential in this role.
Responsibilities also extend to ensuring that aftersales correspondence is dealt with in a timely professional manner maintain good customer relationships through meeting expectations aiming for right first-time approach labour rates pricing menus are reviewed to determine necessary discounts all aftersales policies procedures must be adhered at times warranty policies procedures review maintained up-to-date eVHC service advisor upsell opportunities optimised problem-solving time management skills required for success in this position.
