Location: Brain Injury and Stroke Programme
Type: Permanent – Full time
Purpose of the Position
We are seeking a Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist with expertise in Brain Injury and Stroke rehabilitation. The successful candidate will promote best practices, integrate current research into clinical practice, act as an advanced clinical resource, participate in research, and carry a clinical caseload within the program.
Requirements
* B.Sc. / Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy approved by the Occupational Therapists Registration Board at CORU
* Membership of, or eligibility for membership of the Association of Occupational Therapists of Ireland (AOTI) and CORU registration
* Minimum of 5 years postgraduate experience, with at least 3 years at a senior level in Brain Injury and Stroke Rehabilitation
* Experience in teaching, mentoring, and clinical research
* Significant experience and training in stroke rehabilitation
