Responsibilities
* Reporting to the Senior Manager and working directly with other Senior Leadership across different team, you\'ll drive business decision making using financial data, analysis and reporting.
* Drive interpretation of key business and finance data, implementing financial models or business cases, providing critical financial insights with a focus on revenue analysis, profit margins and cost reporting.
* Prepare regular financial management reporting including costs and sales.
* Supporting the evaluation and preparation of business cases for strategic initiatives.
* Playing an important role in the annual financial planning and budgeting process.
* Be part of a continuous improvement environment for all aspects of financial reporting, deliverables and development.
Required Qualifications & Experience
* A qualified accountant with 5+ years PQE.
* 5 + years of Finance experience in a Business Partnering or FP&A.
* Excellent presentation, communication and MS Office skills.
* A strong commercial mindset and awareness with proven technical knowledge.
* Strong communication and influencing skills with proven ability to break down complex issues.
