What You'll Achieve
Strategic Leadership
1. Develop and execute compelling sales strategies for technology and finance sector clients, taking a consultative approach to solve complex business challenges through innovative multi-capability service solutions
2. Define and implement comprehensive sales plans to exceed revenue targets and deliver exceptional financial performance, including large-scale solutions sales, robust pipeline creation, and increased market share
3. Lead transformational market growth strategies across diverse client segments, service lines, and strategic partnerships
Business Development Excellence
4. Drive demand generation through strategic collaboration with internal teams and sector sales networks, developing impactful go-to-market campaigns
5. Identify, pre-qualify, and engage high-value prospective clients in the technology and finance sectors, uncovering key business challenges and partnering with senior leadership to design tailored solutions
6. Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional satisfaction levels and optimal solution positioning
Sales Excellence
7. Manage the complete sales cycle from initial opportunity discovery through to successful deal closure, collaborating seamlessly with internal stakeholders
8. Maintain accurate, real-time sales pipeline management whilst providing comprehensive progress reports to senior leadership
9. Adopt a consultative approach with both prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities for additional services and innovative talent solutions
10. Build and lead a high-performing sales team to support accelerated growth as the market expands
What You Bring
Essential Experience
11. 10+ years of senior sales experience with a proven track record in selling large-scale services and solutions within technology and finance sectors
12. Industry expertise in Transformation Consultancy, BPO, or Professional Services (highly desirable)
13. Strategic sales leadership with demonstrable experience in developing, implementing, and driving successful sales strategies
14. Executive presence with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills at senior leadership levels
Key Competencies
15. Commercial excellence with a proven track record in business development and consistently achieving ambitious sales targets
16. Data-driven approach with advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce experience essential)
17. Leadership capability in partnering with, leading, and developing high-performing sales professionals
18. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies
