This role involves end-to-end product ownership, focusing on AI agents and co-pilots that deliver actionable data and insights to our partners, as well as management of the Evidence ingestion product. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping go-to-market messaging and collaborating closely with customers to capture requirements and gather feedback, ensuring our solutions remain best-in-class.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development & Ownership: Lead the lifecycle of AI solutions, from concept through launch and continuous improvement, with a focus on Life Insurance distribution management.AI Agent & Co-pilot Optimisation: Oversee the development and refinement of AI-powered agents and co-pilots, ensuring they meet user needs and deliver business value.Evidence Ingestion Product Management: Manage the strategic direction, development, and enhancement of the Evidence ingestion product, ensuring seamless integration and data quality.Go-to-Market Messaging: Develop and execute clear, compelling product messaging and positioning for external markets and internal stakeholders.Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers and distribution partners to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and drive continuous product improvement.Required Skills and ExperienceProduct Ownership: Demonstrable experience in a product owner or product management role, ideally within technology or financial services.AI/ML Familiarity: Working knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value.Life Insurance or Financial Services Experience: Solid understanding of Life Insurance distribution or related financial services sectors.Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage, influence, and align diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, senior leadership, and external clients.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of delivering clear, concise, and persuasive messaging.Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and market needs.Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep empathy for customer needs, with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and managing multiple priorities.Seniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: ContractJob function: Product Management
