With the launch of a brand-new clinic floor, doubling our treatment capacity, we are entering an exciting stage of growth.We're seeking a dynamic and commercially savvy Clinic Manager to partner with the Clinic Director - who is dedicating more of her time to treating - to lead operations, elevate the client journey, and drive business growth across our expanded Cork clinic.Key ResponsibilitiesPeople & LeadershipLead, motivate, and directly line-manage clinical and non-clinical staff.• Oversee rotas, leave, performance reviews, and ensure sufficient cover at all times.• Build a high-performance culture of accountability and professionalism.• Step in at reception when required to ensure a seamless client experience.Training & DevelopmentIdentify and coordinate staff training and upskilling programmes.• Embed Elite Laser brand values and service standards through coaching.Sales & Commercial GrowthDrive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and maximising conversions.• Track KPIs including sales, conversion rates, patient volumes, and capacity usage.• Collaborate with leadership and finance on budgets, P&L, and stock forecasting.• Energise the team with monthly offers, new treatments, and commercial updates.Patient Experience & CRM LeadershipSafeguard a luxury, seamless journey for every client.• Act as the lead on CRM, ensuring effective lead management, follow-ups, and conversion.• Monitor feedback, reviews, and implement initiatives to boost retention and loyalty.• Lead on complaint resolution with professionalism and empathy.Compliance & GovernanceEnsure compliance with policies, regulations, and industry best practice.• Maintain records of staff training, licensing, and treatment protocols.• Oversee health, safety, and infection control across the clinic.Purchasing & StockManage purchasing and ordering of consumables and clinical stock.• Align stock levels with patient demand, treatment volume, and financial controls.Reporting & CommunicationDeliver clear weekly reports on KPIs, bookings, complaints, and campaigns.• Cascade business goals, promotions, and updates effectively to the team.• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and business development to align operations with campaigns.Person SpecificationRequirementIdeal ProfileExperience3–5+ years in clinic management or luxury service environment; aesthetics, dermatology, or medical spa preferredLeadershipProven people leader with ability to inspire, coach, and hold teams accountableCommercial AcumenStrong track record in KPI management, P&L, and revenue growthCRM & SystemsExperienced in lead management and CRM platformsClient FocusPassion for delivering outstanding, luxury client journeysComplianceKnowledge of clinical standards, health & safety, and risk managementAttributesProactive, organised, energetic, polished, and solutions-driven Why Join Us?This is a pivotal opportunity to take the reins of a growing, industry-leading clinic as we double our capacity and continue to raise the bar for aesthetic excellence in Cork.
