Production Associate – Medical Device Manufacturing Location: Enniscorthy, Wexford, Ireland Shift: Days (6.15am to 4.30pm Monday - Thursday) or Evenings (5pm to 3.15am Monday to Thursday) Company: BD – Advancing the World of Health What You'll DoAs a Production Associate, you'll play a vital role in our manufacturing operations by:Assembling medical devices with precision and consistencyEnsuring compliance with GMP procedures and documentation standardsUpdating production records and maintaining accurate stock levelsCommunicating optimally with team members and supervisorsSupporting continuous improvement and innovation across the production floorWorking with microscopes and minute materials for extended periodsAdapting to shift changes and operational needs What We're Looking ForEssential Skills:Basic proficiency in Maths and English (written and verbal)Strong attention to detail and dedication to qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication and timekeeping skillsPreferred Skills:Understanding of cleanroom and GMP manufacturing practicesCompletion of second-level educationBasic IT and administrative skills You'll Thrive Here If You…Take personal responsibility and pride in your workAre action-oriented and eager to learnValue teamwork, collaboration, and respectful communicationAre passionate about solving customer and patient challengesEmbrace innovation and continuous improvement Why Join BD?At BD, we do what's right—not what's easy.
