Warehouse ManagerWe are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead our warehousing team efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Warehouse Operations: Maintain and execute all warehousing activities, ensuring efficient stock control, kitting, and material supply.Team Management: Direct, train, and support the warehouse team, ensuring compliance with HR and H&S policies while fostering a collaborative culture.Stock Control & Accuracy: Manage stock levels with high accuracy, minimizing waste and slow-moving stock. Conduct quarterly stock checks and implement corrective actions.Supply Chain Coordination: Work with suppliers to align delivery schedules with production needs. Ensure stock availability above minimum levels at all times.Process & Performance Improvement: Define, measure, and achieve KPIs. Identify opportunities for operational enhancements in quality, cost, and safety.Warranty & Returns Management: Oversee returns, warranty claims, and repair orders, ensuring proper documentation and supplier feedback.Reporting & Communication: Provide updates to the Commercial Director on supplier delays, shortages, and warehouse performance.Skills & Experience Required:Proven warehouse management experience.Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve goals.Proficiency in stock control systems (SAP, ERP/MRP).Strong IT skills, particularly MS Office (Excel, Teams, OneNote).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Full Irish driver's license.Desirable:Experience in manufacturing/automotive industries.Knowledge of logistics, forecasting, and stock optimization.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or Engineering.Forklift qualification (advantageous but not essential).This role offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader to drive efficiency and improvements in warehouse operations while ensuring seamless supply chain management.INDHPJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per yearApplication question(s):What is your current location?Work Location: In person
