Job Description
InnaLabs Ireland Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Manager for a temporary maternity contract to to join our team. Your role will provide strategic and operational support and services to develop and deliver a people agenda that aligns with the company goals and objectives. Provide HR leadership, guidance and insight. Partner with the Senior Leadership team to build an innovative, collaborative and successful working environment. Responsibilities:
* Work as part of the leadership team to develop and implement the people strategy that is aligned to the business strategy.
* Provide advice and coaching to management and their teams.
* Develop and implement all HR processes and procedures to align with best practice and legal requirements.
* Co-ordinate and lead all recruitment activities to ensure the organisation has the right skills and structures in place to deliver on its goals.
* In conjunction with departmental managers, devise headcount and workforce planning needs.
* Work with managers to develop and update position descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the position.
* Manage the full life cycle of employees, from contract generation to offboarding of employees and all in-between.
* Ensure effective Induction is carried out with all employees across the business.
* Develop the Reward & Recognition strategy for Innalabs to ensure the company is both competitive and cost effective.
* Set up and administer all reward activities such as Benchmarking, salary banding, annual cycle, benefit administration & renewals and reporting.
* Manage all monthly payroll activities.
* Ensure the performance review process is managed and the process is understood and completed within the set timeframe and address any performance issues highlighted.
* Provide the leadership team with HR metrics on a monthly basis e.g., turnover, absence, time to hire etc.
* Develop the training and organisational development agenda by ensuring that our people have the skills and training to meet current and future business challenges.
* Manage and drive the company wellbeing agenda, roll out initiatives, and manage all social events.
* Provide management with advice on strategic planning, organisational change, risk management and best practice.
* Providing creative solutions to complex situations and make decision that create successful outcomes for stakeholders.
* Provide employee relations advice to management and provide support on all grievance and disciplinary issues.
Qualifications and Skills Required
* Degree or master’s qualification in Human Resources
* CIPD membership.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior HRBP role or HR Manager position
* People management experience preferred.
* Strong team player and experience with senior management
* Strong leadership and change management experience.
* Experience in HR analytics and project management
* Proficient in IT, including MS Office & HRIS systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Payroll experience desirable.
