As a skilled IT Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure. This position involves providing first and second-line technical support to employees across the organization, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and minor networking issues, managing and prioritizing IT support tickets, working collaboratively with the IT team to maintain and improve IT infrastructure, taking responsibility for IT projects, documenting IT processes, issue resolutions, and project progress, communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, and maintaining a high level of professionalism, reliability, and problem-solving mindset.

We are seeking a self-motivated and proactive individual with strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative approach to work. The ideal candidate should have good experience in an IT support or operations role, knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting, and experience managing IT-related projects is a plus.
