About the Role:
As our Workshop Controller, you'll play a crucial role in the day-to-day operation of our service workshop.
You'll lead a team of skilled technicians, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest Volkswagen standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily workload distribution across the workshop team
Ensure all servicing, repairs, and diagnostics are completed efficiently and on time
Monitor workshop productivity and performance
Carry out quality checks and ensure all work meets Volkswagen brand standards
Collaborate with service advisors to ensure seamless customer communication
Provide technical support to technicians where required
Uphold health, safety, and environmental compliance within the workshop
Mentor apprentices and support technician development
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Senior Technician, or Master Technician
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent understanding of automotive repair processes and diagnostic tools
Ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve performance targets
A customer-first mindset with high attention to detail
Volkswagen Group experience or training (preferred but not essential)
Full Irish Driving Licence
