We are seeking a Territory Business Manager to join our sales team in West Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Represent Flen Health products and manage sales for the assigned territory.
* Take ownership of regional sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, customer needs, market trends, and competitor practices.
* Maintain a strategic business plan aligned with industry best practices and standards.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to promote new products, train customers, and ensure stakeholders receive key sales messages.
* Build long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the region.
* Represent Flen Health at conferences, congresses, and trade fairs as the company's brand ambassador.
* Ensure the CRM system is maintained in line with company standards.
Your success will be measured by your ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and drive business growth in the assigned territory.
