LTI Coordinator
1 Year Fixed Term Contract
Location: Kilcullen, Co. Kildare (base)
Salary: €35,234 annually
We are recruiting for an LTI Coordinator. The person appointed will be responsible for coordinating the Intellectual Disability Support LTI Programme, including planning, delivery, and evaluation of the programme.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the design, delivery, and evaluation of the KWETB programme training
* Assist in the financial management of the programme budget
* Assist in the recruitment of programme participants
* Complete statistical returns and other reports as required by DSP/KARE
* Carry out on-site visits to participants in their workplace locations
* Manage the development and maintenance of administrative and financial systems
Requirements:
* Minimum Level 6 qualification in Training Delivery & Evaluation or equivalent
* Excellent verbal and written communication and administrative skills
* Experience in delivering and assessing QQI accredited programmes, with familiarity in managing accreditation processes up to certification
* Strong IT skills and competence in using IT systems
* Experience in administration, including budget management, corporate governance, planning, and scheduling
* A full clean driving licence and access to a car (travel involved)
* Eligibility to work in Ireland without sponsorship
