Our client, a well-established and growing organisation within the food production sector, is seeking a HR Coordinator to join their team. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional with 1-2 years' experience who is looking to broaden their exposure across multiple areas of HR. This role offers hands-on experience across recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, systems, and project work, making it an ideal next step for someone looking to develop their HR career. Key Responsibilities Support the full recruitment process, including liaising with recruitment agencies, coordinating interviews, onboarding new hires, and maintaining recruitment records. Act as a first point of contact for employee HR queries. Provide administrative support across employee relations processes, including note-taking during meetings and investigations. Assist with the review and updating of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Support the implementation and ongoing administration of the company's HR information system. Prepare HR reports and ensure the accuracy of employee data. Assist with employee engagement initiatives and wider HR projects. Support the HR Manager with day-to-day HR operations and continuous improvement activities. About You 1-2 years' experience in a HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, or similar HR support role. Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline. Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience using HR systems is advantageous. CIPD qualification, or working towards one, would be beneficial.
