Job Title: Senior Solution Consultant, Salesforce

As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering scalable, user-centric solutions that improve pipeline quality and accelerate revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement Salesforce solutions that support the full lead lifecycle, including capture, enrichment, scoring, routing, and nurturing.
* Contribute to and lead the overall quote-to-order roadmap and support identification, prioritization, and approval of new and expanded capabilities.
* Collaborate with Marketing, SDR, PSE, and Sales teams to establish clear lead qualification criteria and streamline handoff processes for efficient opportunity creation and management.
* Develop and maintain lead scoring models and routing logic using Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and third-party tools.
* Integrate Salesforce with marketing automation platforms and data enrichment tools to improve lead quality and conversion.
* SUPPORT campaign attribution, lead source tracking, and funnel analytics to inform go-to-market strategies.
* Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations across lead & opportunity management processes.
* Document business requirements, process flows, and solution designs to support scalable implementation.
* SUPPORT creation and development of Salesforce reporting, enterprise-level reports, operational and executive reporting, and KPIs.
* Provide training and support to business users and continuously improve lead & opportunity management capabilities based on feedback and performance metrics.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in Salesforce solution consulting, business analysis, or administration with a focus on lead management and marketing/sales alignment.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, lead and campaign objects, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.).
* Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM and marketing integrations.
* Familiarity with lead scoring models, routing logic, and sales development workflows.
* Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data quality and process optimization.
* Detail-oriented, disciplined, and customer-focused team player with a strong sense of urgency.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey intent to business users, technical teams, and management.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration or equivalent work or training experience.
