engaged to identify a qualified accountant to join the manufacturing site of a well-known
FMCG company
, as a
Senior Management Accountant
.
This role will suit a qualified (or qualified by experience) accountant, with manufacturing experience, who is keen to step up into a more Senior role, and further develop experience in business partnering and FP&A.
THE ROLE:
* Business partner to the wider business - finance and non-finance people;
* Preparation of the annual budget and forecasts;
* Presenting to shareholders;
* Identifying process improvements;
* Carrying out financial analysis and getting involved in ad-hoc projects.
THE PERSON:
* Qualified (or qualified by experience) accountant - ACA, ACCA or CIMA;
* Manufacturing or FMCG would be an advantage;
* Cost accounting or management accounting experience would be an advantage;
* Strong analytical skills;
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels across the organisation.
