Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, this is a key role as the Technical Services Helpdesk is the hub of communication for the reporting and monitoring of accommodation faults and issues.

HELPDESK OPERATOR | €14.36 per hour
Role Overview
Your role will involve handling requests via phone and the fault reporting system from guests or colleagues relating to faults/issues with accommodation. You will then liaise with relevant departments to allocate jobs to Technicians or Housekeepers and update the system accordingly.

Hours of Work
You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.
Your working hours will fall between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. You will be required to work 1 in every 4 weekends. As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public/bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis with a premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday.
About You
The successful candidate will be able to control busy workloads and plan and organise works throughout the day keeping a level head, especially when dealing directly with a guest.

* Competent PC user (Word, Excel, Email)
* Excellent communication skills in order to liaise with contractors, guests and staff effectively and in a friendly manner
* Ability to perform under pressure
