? What We're Looking For
Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience (not suited for recent graduates).
A background in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Senior Management is highly preferred.
Self-motivated individuals who can dedicate 15+ hours per week to a remote structure.
A strong desire for personal growth and a "walk the talk" mentality.
