Job Description
As a Water Network Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for supervising and managing projects to deliver new and upgrade water network improvements in the South Dublin area.
The role involves providing site supervision of water projects, requiring a strong background in on-site supervision, contract administration, and project management of civil engineering works, including clean water projects.
You should have a degree in a related discipline, such as Civil Engineering, and possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
A current and valid SafePass card is essential, and experience with confined spaces training would be desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage projects to deliver new and upgrade water network improvements
* Provide site supervision of water projects
* Manage contracts and administer civil engineering works
* Maintain records and reports
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures and regulations
Requirements:
* At least 7-10 years' postgraduate experience in on-site supervision, contract administration, and project management of civil engineering works
* Strong knowledge and experience of Health and Safety procedures and regulations
* Satisfactory knowledge of construction contracts, preferably FIDIC and Public Works forms of contract
* Current and valid SafePass card
* Confined Spaces training (desirable)
