This role will support the management team in ensuring the smooth operation of hotel bars and restaurants, focusing on delivering excellent service and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the management team in ensuring seamless hotel operations.
* Work closely with departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
* Handle guest queries efficiently and professionally.
* Maintain high customer care standards within the property.
* Promote Service Excellence across the Hotel.
* Foster an environment for guest feedback and implement effective comment systems.
* Manage telephone, email, and fax inquiries.
* Address complaints promptly and professionally.
* Implement and maintain high-standard operating procedures for all service areas.
* Supervise daily operations of all service areas.
* Maintain property upkeep at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
This role requires a passion for hospitality, previous Food and Beverage experience, and strong leadership and organisational skills to motivate and develop staff.
A strong knowledge of the Food & Beverage Industry, effective people management, and communication skills are essential.
