We are looking for a dedicated process expert to join our team in Dublin.
This is an exciting opportunity to design and implement manufacturing processes, supporting utilities on a developmental pilot plant scale to full commercial production.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Process Design: Produce conceptual design deliverables such as Process Flow Diagrams and Material and Energy Balances.
* Utility Estimation: Estimate utility requirements for new manufacturing processes, design utility generation, and distribution systems.
* Process Documentation: Generate Process P&IDs that include controls strategy and CIP/SIP functions, if appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have experience in process design and operations, preferably in pharmaceutical facilities involving biologic and organic synthesis of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and oral and parenteral Drug Products.
