A busy GastroBar/Restaurant in the Cork City region requires a Sous Chef to join its management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day kitchen operations and personnel, ensuring the highest quality preparation of menu items. Working closely with the Head Chef, this individual will coordinate roster scheduling, labor costs, assist with recruitment, and oversee staff productivity and performance.
