Electromagnetic Compatibility Assurance Professional
The role of an Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Assurance Professional is pivotal in ensuring the electromagnetic compatibility of products. This involves thorough analysis of EMC relevant requirements, development of test cases, review of pertinent documents, and creation of comprehensive test plans.
* Analysis of EMC relevant standards and regulations
* Definition of test cases according to requirements and standards
* Review of applicable documents such as Functional Safety Concept (test scope)
* Development and maintenance of the EMC Test Plan, including review and approval
Additionally, the EMC Assurance Professional will be responsible for preparing Failure Verification Summary (FVS) from an EMC perspective, generating cost estimates, leading EMC activities, proposing design optimizations, facilitating internal communication, and collaborating with the EMC Design Team.
Requirements
* Degree in Electronic Engineering, Physics, Electronics / RF Microwaves, or equivalent preferred
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Demonstrated commitment, initiative, and quality workmanship in a research and development environment
* Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in an EMC test laboratory or related role preferred
