Key Responsibilities
* Sales: Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable vehicle solutions, and managing the purchase of new and used cars.
* Finance: Assist customers in selecting appropriate finance packages (PCP, HP, leasing, etc.), explain options clearly, and guide them through the process.
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, ensuring a smooth and positive buying experience.
* Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, deal closing, and identifying new opportunities.
* Product Knowledge: Stay informed on latest vehicle models, features, and promotions to provide accurate and valuable information to customers.
* Administration: Manage documentation related to sales, finance applications, and vehicle deliveries, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Requirements
* Previous experience in sales, ideally within the motor industry, is highly desirable.
* Solid understanding of finance products (PCP, HP, leasing, etc.) and relevant financial regulations.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for the automotive sector and delivering top-quality customer experiences.
* Proven ability to work towards targets and meet deadlines.
* Full clean driving license.
