Working closely with the Marketing Manager, fellow designers, and the wider marketing team, this is a hands‑on, collaborative role with real variety. Core duties of the Graphic Designer will include:
* Creating original visual concepts and artwork for both digital and print channels
* Interpreting briefs and turning ideas into strong, well‑executed design solutions from start to finish
* Producing creative assets across multiple formats, including packaging, brochures, POS, sales tools, websites, and social platforms
* Building campaign creative that translates effectively across a variety of channels and outputs
* Designing visuals for exhibitions, large‑format displays, and promotional signage
* Developing compelling creative to support new product launches
* Working closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure designs connect with the right audiences
* Coordinating and directing product photography to ensure a consistent brand look and feel
* Protecting and enhancing brand identity across all creative outputs
* Working with external agencies and suppliers to deliver high‑quality results
* Designing clear, visually engaging layouts for technical and data‑heavy content
* Bringing fresh ideas that help elevate and grow brands in international markets
Skills and experience you will need for the Graphic Designer role:
* 2–3 years' experience in a Graphic Design job, ideally within an in‑house team or agency environment
* Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design or a related discipline
* Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD for web and wireframing
* Experience designing for digital and social platforms, including basic motion graphics, video, or animation (3D product rendering considered an advantage)
* Experience producing large‑scale graphics such as banners, exhibition displays, and signage
* Background in technical information design, with the ability to present complex product or data content clearly across print and digital formats
