Job Title: BCAR Coordinator / Site Administrator

As part of its continued growth, it is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented BCAR Coordinator / Site Administrator to join its site team.
Role Overview
This dual-role position is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a solid understanding of construction documentation, and the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. The successful candidate will coordinate all Building Control (Amendment) Regulations (BCAR) documentation and processes on-site, while also supporting daily administrative and compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage BCAR documentation via BCMS.
* Coordinate with certifiers, designers, and contractors for timely compliance submissions.
* Ensure adherence to statutory BCAR requirements.
* Compile certifications for project handover.
* Track and record inspections.
* Support the site team with day-to-day admin tasks.
* Assist with Health & Safety records.
* Handle document control for drawings, specs, and correspondence.
* Coordinate reporting and logistics with head office.
Requirements
* Experience in BCAR coordination or site admin (construction/engineering).
* Strong knowledge of BCAR processes.
* Excellent admin, organisational, and communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, team player.
* Familiarity with BCMS platform.
* Knowledge of Irish construction Health & Safety standards.
* Experience with construction software (e.g., Procore, Viewpoint).
