Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, creative, and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This pivotal new role is essential for enhancing our visibility, strengthening engagement with existing clients, and supporting the company's growth by attracting new clients. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, helping to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the company's growth objectives. This position requires a creative and proactive individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote products and services.
* Manage a company website and execute campaigns across digital channels (e.g., social media, email, SEO/SEM, website) and traditional channels (e.g., print, events, PR).
* Manage and update content for the company website, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
* Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and video content, working closely with internal teams and external agencies.
* Discuss possible changes that need to be made in terms of design, price, packaging, promotion etc. in light of market research with appropriate departments.
* Manage social media profiles, creating engaging content and monitoring performance.
* Execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
* Draft, edit, and proofread marketing copy for various platforms.
* Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and campaign results, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* 2 years of proven work experience in a marketing role, preferably as a Marketing Executive or similar.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
* Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
