The Job:
Retail Manager
Kilkenny Design, Crescent Shopping Centre, Limerick
Fixed Term Contract, October 2025 to January 2026
40Hours, working Monday to Sunday
Full training & induction, employee discount, sick pay.
About You:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Retail Manager to lead the Kilkenny Design team in the Crescent Shopping Centre, Limerick. The Manager will play a pivotal role in driving high performance and developing a service orientated culture within the store.
The ideal Manager will be driven, energetic, genuine, and passionate about Kilkenny, with the ability to lead a team and support the future direction of the store. You will play a key role in adapting and applying clear practises and procedures across the store from, logistics, administration, stock management, customer service and cash management.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering 5 Star excellence in the Customer Experience.
To lead, motivate and empower your team.
To drive sales and KPI'S in the departments
To drive operational standards throughout the departments, by developing opportunities and brand promotion.
Staff training and development in all aspects of the Customer experience, including brand and product knowledge.
The ideal manager can show that they demonstrate a successful record in delivering commercial results, leading, and motivating a team.
You will be approachable, professional and a team player and will have the desire, drive, energy and passion to succeed in this role.
You will also be able to show that you have:
A passionate, driven, and flexible Manager that thrives working in a fastpaced retail environment.
Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to drive sales through your team.
Excellent Business Know how and commercial Awareness.
Experience working in a fast paced retail environment.
