Job Overview
A Manufacturing Line Equipment Technician is required to maintain equipment metrics to target, through effective monitoring and evaluation/analysis of the process and the equipment to ensure optimal product output.
* Shift: Mid Shift 15:30pm – 12:00am (Monday – Thursday) and 14:15pm – 20:15pm (Friday)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking ownership and responsibility for the technical performance/reliability of equipment to target zero downtime in the technician's area relating to equipment fault through proactive equipment management.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain equipment metrics to target through effective monitoring and evaluation/analysis of the process and the equipment.
* Take ownership and responsibility for the technical performance/reliability of equipment in the technician's area.
Requirements
* Requires a Level 6 Higher Certificate, or above in Engineering or equivalent (preferably Mechanical, Mechatronics or Automation Engineering).
* Minimum 5 years experience in a technical role in a similar field is required, demonstrated experience with automated equipment maintenance is an advantage.
* Ability to troubleshoot complex machine faults through experience with electrical and pneumatic systems.
