Job Summary
An exciting opportunity exists for a seasoned Compliance Professional to lead the development and implementation of compliance strategies that ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
This pivotal leadership role requires the ability to shape and drive compliance initiatives across the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility are met.
* Oversee Environmental Management Systems, assessing environmental risks and implementing sustainability strategies aligned with regulatory requirements and company goals.
* Maintain and develop Quality Management Systems, managing audits, ensuring document control, and overseeing calibration programs.
* Lead global product approvals, coordinating with regulatory authorities and notified bodies to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
* Develop compliance frameworks, engage with auditors and certification bodies, and report on compliance risks and performance to senior management.
Requirements
* Degree in Engineering, Quality, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years experience in compliance, quality, or regulatory affairs (manufacturing/electronics preferred).
* Proven track record in managing ISO certification programs.
* Knowledge of product safety standards is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with EU, UK, and global regulatory frameworks.
* Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
* Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
