Property Legal PA – support Head of Department
Permanent role at a leading Irish law firm with stunning offices near Grand Canal in Dublin 2.
This will be a busy and varied role with a direct line of support to the department head as well as some additional support to other fee-earners.
You will attend the offices four days per week and work from home one day.
Expected duties for this position will include:
Diary management and meeting scheduling.
Travel planning and booking including preparation of detailed itineraries and any presentations or packs required for trips.
Managing all aspects of the billing process.
Correspondence including managing inboxes and updating contact details.
Preparation of all documentation according to house style.
Ad-hoc administrative support as required by fee-earners.
You will have:
2+ years' experience as a Legal Secretary / Legal PA within a large Irish or international law firm.
Experience working in Property will be advantageous but is not essential.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and billing software.
