Assessing whether bin to be collected by checking credit control systemEmpties household and commercial bins into the refuse truck and return bin to position found.To deal with members of the public in a pleasant and courteous manner, reporting details of all complaints to the Transport Manager.Be aware of the onsite traffic, make yourself visible for oncoming trafficAdhere to the Health and Safety Procedures in place including appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) being used on a daily basis, behaviour and actions are in line with safe working practises and escalate any concerns in an appropriate timeframe to the Health and Safety Manager.Report all spillages to Transport manager and follow their instructions for spillage treatmentReport any breakdowns of equipment to Transport Manager in an appropriate timeframeReport all near misses, incidents and accidents to the Health and Safety Manager immediately· To liaise with the Transport manager concerning workload, ensuring that all tasks are completed satisfactorily and within agreed time limits.Other ad hoc duties as required that are deemed appropriate and reasonable to the skill level of the person in the role.Job Type: Full-timePay: From €13.75 per hourBenefits:Bike to work schemeEmployee assistance programOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
